This tire pyrolysis produces pollution for the air?

faq-13

No.

Tire Pyrolysis is not burning. Burning tires produces a lot of dust and dioxin and much CO2. Pyrolysis will not.

Because there is no O2 in the reactor during pyrolysis process, the tires will not burning. The tires will become oil gas when we heat the reactor.

Tire pyrolysis produces about 45% oil, 35% carbon black, 15% steel, 5% gas.

The 5% gas will not discharge into air. It will be used as fuel to heat the reactor. So it just produce much less pollution compared with burning.

Our pyrolysis plant is also is equipped with advanced smoke clean system to deal with the smoke produced by the burning of no condensable gas.
